Leadership Institute

The MassCOSH Leadership Institute...

is a two-day, comprehensive training that gives workers a chance to develop their skills as negotiators, public speakers and leaders in their workplace. Sessions during the institute focus on:

• How to talk to the media
• How to negotiate with your boss
• What to do about health and safety hazards and
• Strategies for how to organize with the help of your co-workers

Our experienced, tri-lingual staff members have trained almost 100 workers in just 3 years and are currently in the process of developing a second level of training for those looking for more advanced skills. The MassCOSH Leadership Institute occurs four times a year or every three months. Please check our Calendar for upcoming sessions.
